The 18th C. roads are highlighted in dark blue.

In addition to the panning and enlargement tools on the top of the screen the map may be re-centred by ‘dragging’ with a right-clicked mouse. It may be enlarged by double-clicking. 

 A major trunkroad-only  map is also provided as it could be difficult to distinguish trunk roads on the very detailed map.
